Head Chef Jesse Blake will create a three-course, share style menu that is expertly paired with a selection of Brash Higgins Wines, highlighting local and seasonal produce. As you taste your way through each of the courses, hear the stories of how a New York sommelier swapped his wine knife for a pair of secateurs. In rapid succession, he fell in love with an Aussie lady, the vineyards and winemaking. Not surprisingly, he never left.
